Risk disclosure

All challenge and evaluation accounts provided by UltimateFunded are simulated trading accounts. During an evaluation you do not deposit or trade real funds, and challenge fees are paid for access to the evaluation programme — they are not deposits and do not represent an investment.

Trading leveraged financial products such as foreign exchange, indices and commodities carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all persons. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to payouts received in your country of residence.

Refund policy

• You may request a refund if you have not started trading within 14 days of registration.
• Fees are non-refundable once any trading activity has taken place on the account.
• Your challenge fee is refunded together with your first payout from a funded account. If you reset an account, only the most recent fee paid for that account is refunded.

Restricted countries

Due to legal and regulatory restrictions we cannot currently accept traders residing in:

• United Arab Emirates
• Pakistan
• Vietnam
• Iran
• Myanmar
• Albania
• Kosovo

We also do not accept anyone under 18, or anyone for whom participation would be contrary to local law.

Terms of service

Your use of our website, trader area, challenges and funded accounts is governed by our terms of service. This risk disclosure, refund policy and list of restricted countries form part of those terms.

Trading rules

Your use of any challenge or funded account is subject to our trading rules, which form part of your agreement with us.
